1. Who we are and the scope of this policy

SoftwareDeal.io ("we", "us", "our") operates the SoftwareDeal.io marketing and sale website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained when you visit the Site, contact us, or follow a purchase link. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@highlevelmentor.com at 980 Fraser Drive, Suite 209, Burlington, ON L7L 5P5, Canada.

Important distinction: SoftwareDeal.io showcases several separate AI applications. When you register for an individual application, upload media, generate content, connect a social-media account, or schedule a post, that application may have its own privacy policy covering those additional processing activities. Please review it before connecting accounts or uploading content.

2. Categories of information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email address, messages submitted to support, product questions, order references, newsletter preferences, and information submitted through forms.
  • Purchase and fulfillment details: selected product, checkout status, purchase reference, date, amount, currency, transaction metadata, and contact information provided to or returned by our payment and fulfillment partners. Payment card credentials are handled by the relevant payment service and should not be sent to us in support messages.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, referral page, timestamps, and interactions such as page views or clicked offer links.
  • Advertising and attribution information: cookie identifiers and similar browser IDs (which may include Meta _fbp/_fbc values), URL parameters such as fbclid, gclid and UTM campaign tags, conversion event identifiers, browser user-agent, and information used to measure promotional campaign performance.
  • Communications preferences: marketing permissions, unsubscribe requests, and privacy-rights requests.

Information that may look like a technical identifier can constitute personal information when it reasonably identifies or relates to an individual. We do not ask you to provide sensitive information such as government ID numbers in ordinary support correspondence.

3. Why we use information

  • Operate and secure the Site, troubleshoot errors, and prevent misuse.
  • Respond to inquiries, process or coordinate orders, fulfill purchases, and handle support or refund requests.
  • Understand Site traffic, improve usability, measure advertisements, and evaluate the performance of offers.
  • Send transactional messages and, where we have the appropriate permission or other lawful basis, product updates or promotional emails.
  • Comply with legal obligations, maintain records where necessary, and protect our legal rights.

Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies or advertising technologies, consent must be obtained through a functioning consent process before those technologies are activated. Other processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests where available, or legal obligations, depending on the applicable law and the circumstances.

4. Cookies, pixels, analytics, and advertising

The SoftwareDeal.io website uses the following integrations or related tracking mechanisms, which help us understand visitors and evaluate changing promotional offers. Their operation may involve cookies, pixels, conversion events, device identifiers, and exchanges with the providers identified below:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads: website and campaign measurement, traffic analysis, and advertising attribution. Learn more at Google Privacy Policy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and server-side event reporting: PageView and related attribution events, potentially including browser identifiers, ad-click IDs, event IDs, page URLs, IP and browser information used by Meta as described in its Privacy Policy.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: advertising measurement and campaign performance, under LinkedIn's privacy policy.
  • TikTok Pixel: traffic and advertising measurement, under TikTok's privacy policy.
  • Essential cookies and storage: where used, these help remember necessary preferences, operate forms and prevent abuse.

Third-party providers may receive information when their integrations are loaded, even if you do not submit a form. Some of their processing can be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or, under certain laws, a "sale" of personal information, even when no data is sold for money. We do not treat this possibility as equivalent to you consenting to it.

You may limit many browser cookies through browser settings; however, browser settings alone may not stop all server-side tracking. To request that we stop applicable advertising disclosures or to ask about available controls, email support@highlevelmentor.com. Where the law requires on-page choice mechanisms or recognition of opt-out preference signals, those must be implemented in addition to this policy.

5. Who may receive information

Depending on your actions and the Site's configuration, we may disclose information to payment processors, checkout and fulfillment providers, website hosting and security providers, analytics and advertising platforms listed above, email communications providers, professional advisers, or regulators and other parties where legally necessary. Each recipient receives information appropriate to its function, subject to applicable legal protections and contractual arrangements where required.

Third-party checkout pages and linked product websites have their own practices. We encourage you to read their terms and privacy notices before entering payment details or connecting accounts.

6. AI products and connected social accounts

Some linked products, including Videosly, support publishing or scheduling to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Depending on the permissions the user grants, the applicable product may process account or channel identifiers, OAuth access tokens, authorized profile details, uploaded videos or images, post descriptions, schedules, publishing status, and related API responses solely for product functions disclosed to the user. Those product-specific processes are not necessarily performed by the SoftwareDeal.io marketing Site itself.

If an application uses YouTube API Services, connecting a Google account is subject to the permissions you approve and YouTube's terms and policies. Google-related account information used by that application is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke an application's Google access through Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent future scheduled publishing. To request deletion of information held by a connected product, use that application's deletion controls or contact its support team; removing authorization at Google does not automatically delete data already stored by an application.

Do not send your social-media passwords to SoftwareDeal.io support. For precise platform permission scopes, content retention, account disconnection, and deletion practices, consult the corresponding application's privacy notice.

7. Retention, security, and transfers

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, including order servicing, support, security, recordkeeping, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Different categories may be kept for different periods; for specific details about a record or an individual product's connected-account information, contact us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet service can promise absolute security. Service providers may process data from different countries, including outside Canada; where applicable, data may therefore be subject to foreign laws. We assess and apply safeguards as required by the laws that govern our activities.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, and information about disclosures of your personal data. Some exceptions may apply. We may need to verify your identity and the specific data involved before fulfilling a request.

To exercise a right, request advertising opt-out, withdraw consent, or make a complaint, email support@highlevelmentor.com with a brief description of your request. We will respond within timeframes required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages; transactional emails concerning a purchase may still be necessary.

Information for U.S. residents

Under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including California's CCPA as amended, eligible residents may have rights to know, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate unlawfully against you for exercising a protected privacy right. Where legally required, businesses must implement appropriate opt-out links and honor qualifying universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Contacting us by email is an additional request channel, not a replacement for technical controls required by law.

Information for EEA, UK, and Canadian residents

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, or provincial laws apply, individuals may have additional rights and remedies, including withdrawing optional consent and complaining to the relevant data-protection authority. If legally required, we will identify our applicable representative, provide required collection notices, and obtain valid consent for non-essential tracking.

9. Children

The Site and promotional offers are intended for adults. We do not knowingly invite children under 18 to submit personal details or purchase through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Updates to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, our practices, our services, or the law. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice or seek renewed consent where legally required. A policy update does not replace any notice or user choice that applicable law requires at the time information is collected.
